It's been a year, everybody. Let's see...we recently won Best International Act at the Brighton Fringe and the whole month of August we will be performing in the medieval city of Edinburgh. Then it's off to Holland and then Seattle! Our apologies. We have been traveling too much to write on our News page and I hope that one day you can find it in your hearts to stand very still and remain very quiet.

Well, the summer has been swell and there's lots to talk about. The Bard Spiegeltent shenanagins, El Cid catastrophe and the darn good photo shoot with David LaChapelle! Actually, there was no catastrophe at El Cid, we just thought it sounded dramatic.

Ooo, man. Lots of exciting things happening this summer! We're in London at the moment doing a string of shows amidst the Shortbus DVD release and it is really quite lovely. So many new London friends!!! Right then, many US shows the rest of the summer! Hope to see your face there! Check out our myspace and youtube sites!

10/05/06 - SHORTBUS
Yes, it's true. We had the pleasure of performing in the movie Shortbus, singing backup on one of the tracks and were also featured on the cover of the soundtrack CD! Um, how awesome is that?!

9/29/05 - SUMMER'S OVER?
Well that was quick. One minute we were at the beach sipping piña colada's and the next minute we're digging out our collection of ridiculous sweaters. Well, we decided this simply would not do so we are heading out to the West Coast! If you live in the SF or LA area, come see us throw down.

6/18/05 - WE WON SOMETHING ELSE!
That's right! We won 'Best Troupe' at the 2005 Miss Exotic World Pageant! Number one. Second to none. Winners. Top of the Crop. Créme de la créme. Unfortunately, our gold painted plastic trophy melted in the hot California desert sun and looks slightly preposterous now. Its sort of banana shaped. And stupid looking. Maybe we'll put a picture of it on the site. Oh, we did, it's on our Press Page!

4/07/05 - WE WON SOMETHING!
'Best Cabaret' at the 2004 Edinbourgh Fringe! Not sure what it means but it seems we're one step closer to easy street! Off to buy a frame at the dollar store. Check out the official documentation on our Press Page.

3/02/05 - NOT TO BRAG BUT...
We performed at the Grammys!!! (Official After Party) What a hit we were. We dazzled them with some new costumes, some new acts and something else. We got to perform our trapeze act to The Black Eyed Peas' live performance. It was pretty amazing. Check out the cover of People magazine on our Press Page. So much Photoshop going on you can't tell who's supposed to be there.

11/10/04 - GOOD MORNING GRINGOS Y GRINGAS!
Is it hump day already? Sure it is, which means there are only 3 DAYS LEFT until our dreams come true and we play a gig with LI'L G'n'R, the wild, warbling pre-pubescent rockers from New Jersey! We are so thrilled to be in such esteemed company for our CD RELEASE PARTY, that we insist that you leave the gig with one of our NEW CDs in your wandering little hands! Also, our pretty and petulant producer, Pete Kohl, of Moi? fame will be accompnaying us on stage. Don't miss our first gig in NYC since we returned from across the pond!! To the many of you who have asked when we're playing again and reserved already thanks sooooo much! Soon we'll all be seeing double together!

10/27/04 - Just Woke Up!
After a run of non-stop shows in August, we've finally come to! What month is it? October? Oh, well. The Edinburgh festival was amazing, and I think we either horrified or wowed our international audience members with our American humour. 8/01/04 - We're off to the Edinburgh Fringe!
We leave in four hours and haven't even packed yet! Not to brag, but our show was rated the # 1 show in the London Guardian's 50 best things to do at the Edinbugh Fringe! That's out of like, 500 shows! 500! Check it out!

7/25/04 - Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Just got back from LA, where we appeared on ABCs, Jimmy Kimmel Live! How very exciting that was! I don't think Jimmy knew what to make of us but that didn't stop us from putting the make on him. Watch the video on our Video Page!

7/01/04 - Time Off!
Oh, Dear Ones...The month of July will be a much needed break for us. The Off-Broadway run is over, the CD is finished and the bottles have run dry. Don't fret. Get on a jet! Cuz we're off to Edinburgh on August 1 to perform at the festival. Come hang out with us in the land of the Scots.

6/10/04 - Show Reviews!
Hey again. The show is going fabulously! Check out the Press Page for reviews. If you've seen it then you probably have a hazy, liquor-coated memory of the evening but let us just say it was great seeing the "real you". Hope you found your way home okay. If you haven't been yet, hurry up, only two weeks left! Then it's off to the fringe festival in Edinburgh, Scotland in August. Hooray!

5/10/04 - Showtime!
Well, it's official. We have shows at Ars Nova Theater from now til the end of June. Skillfully directed by Trip Cullman, the show is chock full of exciting acts, life-changing songs, ridiculous props, a slammin' tech crew and an amazing video by director Carmine Covelli. 5/8/04 - On Set and in the Studio
We've been so busy we haven't had time to fix a cocktail let alone think. We just "wrapped" on the set of our video shoot for our show and now we're on our way back into the recording studio to "lay down some tracks". We just learned all this new lingo too so we put it in quotations. A new CD is on it's way...

3/29/04 - Our Very Own 7 Week Off-Broadway Run!
We've been sitting around waiting for something like this to happen for months, cuties. And now the Sisters have hit the big-time! I know it's exciting. We couldn't believe it either, but it's true. Stay tuned for more incredible information on this great news of ours.
